The driving force of the task scheduling is the Task List. A task list is just a group of several tasks which are grouped together to enable easy scheduling. A task list, for example, might have the same tasks performed daily- such as Opening Tasks. Or it may consist of tasks which are performed just once or twice a week. First, a blank Task List is created; tasks can then be added to that Task List. Individual tasks can have a priority set against them. Task lists can be scheduled by time as well as by day, and may have a duration set for all the tasks in the list. These are accessed by clicking on the Dashboard menu item, then clicking on the graph icon (to show the Live Grid and Performance) or the Trophy icon (to show the leaderboard).
To create a Task List, when "Tasks" have been selected from the menu at top, click on "+" button: .
A popup will appear:
Enter the name for your new task list. Optionally select a background colour. Click "OK" once you are done. When the Task List name has been entered, it will show up to the right of any existing Task Lists.
Note: This may not be visible- you may have to scroll right to see the newly created Task List.
Maintaining Task Lists
It doesn't matter what order Task Lists are entered; they can be rearranged at any time. Just click and hold the top of any task list, and drag it to a new position.
A Task List name may be changed by clicking on the task list "pencil" icon, and overtyping the name:
A Task List may be deleted by clicking on the "x" and confirming a delete- if there are any tasks in the Task List, they will also be deleted:
A Task List can be copied to a new Task List.
Click on the "COPY" icon on the Task List from which the new Task List is to be copied
Enter the name of the new Task List to be created.
The new Task List will be created with a copy of all the tasks from the existing Task List.
