    Once Task Lists and Tasks have been created, they can be scheduled. All available Task List items are available to be scheduled. Any Task List can be scheduled for any (or all) days of the week, or for a single day of the month. A Task List can also be marked as a "One Off" job, which will no longer be shown once completed.
  • To schedule a task for a given day of the week, select the desired day of the week, then select the Task List item to be scheduled:
  • Click on the dropdown box for the role to which the Task List is to be allocated and select a role
  • Enter a start time (using a 24 hour clock)
  • Enter a duration (in minutes).
  • Optionally, an item can be marked for an overdue alarm; for notification by email if it is overdue, to show a slider control for the task, or as a One Off.
  • Repeat the process for all Task List items to be scheduled for the day.

  • It's not necessary to schedule all task List items for the day.
  • Once a schedule has been created for a day, it can be copied into another day's schedule. Select the day of the week from which you would like a schedule copied.

  • To schedule a Task List for a given day of the month, select the "Monthly" option from the menu item at the top of the screen, select a day of the month, and enter a role, start time and duration for the task to be performed on that day.

  • Click on the "Unscheduled" button to hide all unscheduled items on the list. Click it again to show them all. Click on the "Scheduled" button to show or hide scheduled items.
